Does the greenhouse have power?

Yes! There are 3 outlets available.

What’s the size of the greenhouse?

The greenhouse is 10’x14’ with east and west facing walls and a transparent roof.

Is there heating/cooling in the greenhouse?

Yes! There is a portable AC/heater that you’re welcome to use during your booking.

How many people can be in the greenhouse for photoshoots?

Up to 6 people including the photographer are allowed in the greenhouse at a time!

Available greenhouse rental times?

The greenhouse studio is available from 8am-9pm

Where is the greenhouse located?

We’re located on Lehi Main Street.

Does the greenhouse have lighting equipment?

The greenhouse has 4 overhead lights. You’re welcome to bring your own lighting equipment!

Do you provide a photographer?

We don’t provide a photographer!

When is the lighting best in the greenhouse?

Studio Dae is our 10×14 greenhouse bathed in natural light from sunrise to sunset, thanks to it’s east and west facing windows. In the morning, soft golden light streams in from the east, filling the space with a warm, airy glow-perfect for dreamy, ethereal potraits. By midday, the light becomes bright and even, illuminating every corner without harsh shadows. In the late afternoon and evening, the west facing windows catch the setting sun, creating a rich, golden-hour warmth that floods the space.

The north wall, where most subjects are photographed, receives gentle, indirect light all day, making it a flattering backdrop for portraits, product photography, and editorial work. Because the greenhouse is surrounded by trees, the light is softened naturally, giving every session an organic feel.

Are Boudoir Shoots in the Greenhouse Allowed?

Yes, please pull the curtains over the window and floral curtains over the door-let us know you’ll be shooting boudoir and we’ll turn the camera onto privacy mode! You’ll also need to pull the bed out from the back room-make sure to account for that time when booking!

What if I want to use the space on the regular?

join our membership program! Whether you’re a photographer, yoga instructor, book club, etc, our space is the perfect setting to meet regularly. Get discounted rates, be listed as one of our members on our website and Instagram for exposure, & enjoy 1 free hour every 3 months of membership. You can learn more Here!

What is your Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy?

Hourly rentals can be rescheduled within 48 hours; if not your are subject to a $10 Rescheduling fee.

If you are running late, you are not able to stay past your time unless you contact us and we approve the time extension. If you arrive early or go over your scheduled time your card will be charged with your added time ($1/min).

We do not give refunds for cancellations.

Where can I park?

There’s 7 parking spots in front of the building and free street parking.

Can I go early to set up?

Your rental includes setup and break down time; please keep this in mind when booking!

How do I get into the greenhouse?

After you book your session, you’ll receive a text and email 15 minutes before your scheduled time with the entry code. The greenhouse is in the back corner of the property!

Do you allow pets?

Pets are allowed as long as you clean up after them! Please don’t allow them on any rugs or furniture.

Can I play music?

Low-volume music is fine, but please respect our neighbors! Music is required to be off by 9.

EVENTS:

What types of events can I host in the yard?

Micro weddings, photo shoots, showers, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, gender reveals, yoga classes, paint nights, book clubs, workshops, pop-ups markets, and more!

How many clients/guests can I have at my event?

Capacity depends on the type of event you’re hosting!

Classes & Workshops-Up to 20 people

Markets & Pop-ups-Up to 6 vendors and 30 guests at a time

Private Events-Up to 40 guests

Intimate Weddings-Up to 40 guests

Are bathrooms available?

Yes, there is a guest bathroom on site.

Do I have access to the greenhouse for events?

Yes! When you book The Dae for events you also have access to the greenhouse.

What’s included in my booking?

Greenhouse access and all furniture and props in the greenhouse are available for use with photoshoot bookings. All other event bookings have access to the greenhouse as well as the lawn area, furniture (tables chairs, picnic setup, etc), styling props, string lighting, and 40 umbrellas.

Available rental times for events?

The Dae is available 8am-9pm

Do you offer setup and cleanup?

No, clients are responsible for all setup and cleanup within their booked time. Please plan accordingly!

What is the size of the yard?

The yard space is about 2,600 square feet.

Can I bring my own food or decorations for events?

You’re welcome to bring your own food and decorations. Because of the size of the venue and parking availability, there are no food vendors allowed on site.

Can we move things around for our event?

Yes, all furniture and props can be moved as needed, please return all furniture and props to their original spots/shed after your booking. Please pick up furniture to move rather than sliding.

Do you allow alcohol?

We do not allow alcohol.

What happens if it rains?

The Greenhouse offers covered space for smaller groups. We also have umbrellas available for guests.

Is there a cleaning deposit for events?

Yes. we require a $100 refundable cleaning deposit for events that will be returned if the space is left in the same condition it was found.

What is your Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy for events?

Hourly rentals can be rescheduled within 48 hours; if not your are subject to a $10 Rescheduling fee.

Half, full & multi day event reschedules must be made within 2 weeks from the booked date to avoid a rescheduling fee of $150
